Nancy Quiros

Nancy joined the Internet Society in 2015. She currently works as Senior Community Engagement Manager for Latin America. Her current role is to strengthen and develop local chapters and communities to promote and support Internet development. Working with members has been a life experience. It has taught her how powerful we are when we work together and that there are no impossibles when we believe in ourselves and focus on a common goal. Our volunteers are more than that, they are changemakers, and together, we are building a world full of opportunities and better quality of life for all. Connection by connection, we will make a difference!


Nancy is a passionate professional in topics related to coaching, agility, and innovation. Before joining the Internet Society, she worked for more than 15 years at international companies as a project manager, business analyst, business consultant, and university teacher.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a Master's degree in Project Management, and a Master's degree in Coaching and Organizational Leadership. She has been internationally certified as Neurolinguistic Programing Master (NLP), Agile Coach (ACPC), Scrum Master (SMC), Product Owner (SPOPC), Innovation Management (IMPC), Design Thinking (DTPC), and Objectives and Key Results (OKR).


Nancy is from Heredia, Costa Rica. She loves to dance and swim in the open water and spend time with her husband and daughter in her free time. ¡Pura Vida! she says.
